# Approving Orders

How to approve an order using the custom shortcut

### Locate the shortcut action

#### Shopify Admin > Orders > Select an Order > Dropdown More actions > Select Approve Order

#### Add your name optionally then press "Approve Order"

# Adding Approver

Here we detail where to add the approver email address

#### 1) Go to Approovly > Settings > Approval Notifications

When an order is created an email notification to approve the order will be sent to this email address.

#### A description of field names found in your CSV export

| Field Name    | Description                     |
| ------------- | ------------------------------- |
| id            | Internal ID of the approval     |
| order\_id     | Internal ID of Shopify order    |
| friendly\_id  | Shopify Order number            |
| shop          | Shopify domain                  |
| date\_started | Date order was approved         |
| name          | Name used while approving order |
